Could you please look into a update for me too please?
Emails was sent sept. 14, posts put up in forum, Nov 6th, reply form bill to open a support ticket on nov 6. Was told he would roll a update into customers tunes over the next couple of days. But never heard if this was done or not. Ticket #100 opened Nov 7th.

Still haven't heard anything, I know you guys are really busy, but I was hoping to get some kind of response to this problem i am having. I would plug in my programer and try for a update if I was not so worried about losing my tunes or messing things up through the edge update software.
Do I need to pay for new tunes to have this problem resolved? Just wondering if I have missed something here?
