Edge Cs trouble
Hi
I just bought my tunner from gryphon but im having isues with my vin number. Its saying my vin number is not detected, then it asks me to punch it manually, which i do, then it simply asks for it agian adn nothing happens, it wont let me continue from this point. i also tried to punch it via the pc/usb connection with no luck, any help would be appreciated, thanx Joe

hollenjoe, can you please PM your VIN number to me, please? Bill wants to look and see if there is any obvious problem. If it isn't supported at this point, he can forward it over to Edge and have them add it into the software.
Bill also suggest updating your programmer through Fusion and seeing if that helps.

Hi
I think i have the same problem except mine doesnt ask me to enter a vin it just says cannot communicate contact edge support, which has failed to find a solution.
Don't know if it has anything to do with it, but way back before edge had a programmer for the 09+ and people were getting impatient waiting, I was going to get the SCT until talking to the guys at the local shop and they determined my PCM strategy was unsupported at the time. Whats your PCM code?
