I have had a CTS from
PHP since last fall and have never been able to get it working with my truck. When plugged in it just goes detecting VIN... and looping back through the OEM selection menu then detecting VIN... and menu until about the 3rd time it says unable to communicate contact Edge support.
When I called Edge support they uploaded 2 or 3 different calibrations to my device through Fusion but they never worked. They requested I send the device to them and they checked it and the cable which were both working fine. I believe they uploaded the information on the device and they said it looked like some kind of security feature was blocking communication. The next thing they suggested was a
PCM reflash which I had done at the dealership recently but still this thing isn't working.
I am using Fusion and the device is up to date. My truck is an '09 F-150 early production probably one of the first. Anyone got any ideas as to why this thing wont work on my truck?
