Hello, I seem to be confused. I have a new CS that I obtained through Edge via a trade in. I want to order a custom tune and I can't determine if I need to just pay $60 for the custom tune(because I didn't purchase from PHP) or if there is a upgrade fee also? I apologize for such a stupid question,but I can't seem to determine the total cost. Thanks.

It's not a stupid question. As far as I know, there's no "upgrade fee" for the CS or CTS. You just have to pay the higher price per tune since you didn't buy the unit through PHP.

Well unless I am doing something wrong,there is a $75 unlock fee added to the total? I guess I'm looking at $135 to get one custom tune?

I dont know much about the pricing, but I dont think that there is an unlock fee unless the unit tuned a truck, and the truck wasnt untuned before it was given to you. But since you got it from Edge, they should unlock it for you, and not charge you for it at all.

Well thanks for all the help guys. I placed my order,and we"ll see what happens. I guess the unlock fee is as ticopowell suggested,if the tuner was programed to another truck.
