AFTER YOU DOWNLOAD YOUR CUSTOM TUNES, DO NOT PLUG YOUR PROGRAMMER BACK INTO FUSION, OR YOUR CUSTOM TUNES WILL BE ERASED!

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU CONNECT TO FUSION FOR EDGE'S LATEST FIRMWARE UPDATE, YOU WILL ERASE YOUR CUSTOM TUNES!

You didn't, but it's possible that either the custom tune was not loaded on the Fusion server, there is an error in the Serial Number that targets the tune to your unit or, there was a firmware update for the CS that essentially replaced your custom tune with the canned one. As you can see, there are plenty of opportunities for problems.

Cody should be able to check on this, and probably clear up the problem as soon as he knows about it. I'll try to get his attention.

And, please complete the information regarding your programmer in your User Profile. In particular, make sure the S/N and calibration codes are entered there and are correct.

I'll get Bill to upload the tunes again. Bill's been having a few issues lately with the custom file downloads for the CS and CTS (Fusion problem).
