I'd just like to get an update on the status of my custom tune order. I've e-mailed a couple of times with no response yet. I realize you're busy and that's ok. I'm also wondering if I gave you the right hex code or not. It's hard to tell if the first number was an O or a zero. Any info would be great. Thanks.

I just received your order as I walked in the office this morning (BIG stack of orders on my keyboard) and yours is about half way through. With any luck, the tunes should be built tonight or tomorrow early AM. Then I get to hand them all to Bill so he can get the orders placed on Fusion. When was the last time you performed an "update" (I HATE that term; this isn't Adobe) to the CS? I recommend you return the truck to stock and hook up to Fusion to get the latest software release. That way Bill can just upload the files when he gets to it ( this will reduce the wait time because he can't upload the files to Fusion if you don't have the latest "update" from Edge first).

The hex codes have either 0's or O's so they dont get confused, so you are good on that point. I would call to find out about your order though, they usually don't answer forum posts about order status, it's kinda one of their rules because the people who moderate the forums don't know about your tunes, they just help out here in their free time.

Thank you for the reply. I received the CS about 2 weeks ago and I checked for updates from fusion and there were none. I also checked the hex code again and it looks more like an O than a zero, so I updated that on my user CP and hopefully it isn't too late.

Im like the OP, I sent mny hex code 2 weeks ago or so, and although i know i sent the right hex code, i dont know if they got my info or if i sent all the needed info neither when im recieving my custom tunes...

Also edge made me a custom calibration as my ecu had some new stuff for them and i dont know if this affects my custom tunes,

You're the second one in my pile. Your calibrations will be written early tomorrow morning (but not on Fusion yet).

And PLEASE, you guys, and anyone else waiting for a tune. Your programmer firmware MUST be up to date before you connect to Fusion to download your custom tune!

If you think/know/suspect your custom tune is "close", set your truck to stock and connect the CS/CTS to Fusion, which will automatically update its firmware if there IS an update. Then, you'll be good to go when your custom tunes are put on the Fusion server.

If your firmware is outdated, Fusion will replace your custom tunes with the new firmware and canned tunes! You'll know this has happened because you won't get PHP's nifty splash screen when you plug the CS/CTS back into your truck. Then, you'll have to pay for NEW custom tunes! (Did I get everyone's attention?)

I was just kidding about the "pay" part, but, Bill will have to reload your custom tunes on the server, and that will take a while. You'll be pissed - please blame it on Edge.

Jack I update my programer frequently, but that is a problem, and if there is an update just a moment after your custom tunes are uploaded? that wouldnt be anyones fault...
