Default canned tunes

so I have been looking at octane fuel thats easily available here is Edmonton, Alberta, all I found in most stations are 87, 89 & 91.
when I purchase the CS, do I have a choice to get the 91 performance instead of 93? If not when I purchase the 91 performance, will it be loaded onto the CS (so I will have 4 tunes) then ship to me or is it considered a custom tune where I have to provide my Hex code then download etc.

Bill has said there are no significant differences between 91 and 93 octane tunes. I suspect Edge simply changed the name of the high-octane tune to make it look better. It used to be called "91+ octane". Still, about the only thing that might need to be changed would be a slight reduction in timing. If you notice any pinging, using 91 octane gas, you can do that yourself in the custom options menu.

Oh, and Bill has also said it's possible to have MANY tunes (20) in the CS/CTS models, so if you want to keep the 93 canned tune and have three other custom tunes, you can have that. But, you'll need to tell Bill that's how you want it.

We have to tell Bill that that's how we want it?
So we have to get on the phone with him directly?

I submitted my HEX code and Serial number yesterday on the
forum. How do I know that they have seen it or that it's correct?
I've seen some posts of people asking about their custom tunes after waiting for a while and it turns out some of their info was wrong. I don't want that happening to me

If it wasn't on the order form when you ordered the programmer, then you'll have to let Corey know through email that you need to change your order to reflect tuning changes. sales@phptune.com

Corey checks the HEX code forum when she logs in to check orders.
