Help1 Gryphon CS Help

Ok. I have a Gryphon on my 04 F250 6.0 and it runs fine and shifts fine on stock. No issues or nothing. When I program it to any level on the CS at half throttle it wants to surge and shift all wierd. If i take off about 3 to 4 times at half throttle it will set the tow/haul light flashing and it won't shift into overdrive anymore as long as I drive it. I have to shut off the truck and fire it back up to get it to stop flashing. When I first purchased it I loved it and everything worked great. I purchased the truck and bought the CS. I drove it around 20K miles and I lost my EGR and oil cooler so I had to get those replaced. I had programmed it back to stock during the time all this work was being completed. When they got gone with it and I placed my truck back on Level 4 it started acting all strange like this?? If anyone has ever had this problem or knows a fix any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
