new set up
well i have my custom tunes and currently on the 93 octane tune with my new roush cold air intake and the truck is slower than before. the only thing that i would think of is that i beleive the truck only has 91 octane in it. would that change much with the performance?

No. No difference in 91 or 93 octane as far as the tuning goes as the difference is dependent on what kind of fuel is available in your area.
Returning the truck back to a normal air-fuel ratio calculation because of the cold air intake may be the reason that your truck feels slower.

Now that your tuning is for the intake just leave it on.
