Here's a thread with a list, see post #5 by me, this was back in March, I haven't pulled it out since but I don't think there are any more updates since then.

I think you are unable to shift on the fly with the CTS.

Robert, that is the way i understand it also. i dont foresee me needing to flip on the fly very often, if ever, so if thats the only draw back then i may go that route. one other draw back is the price 650$

i already have boost and egt guages but i like the idea of putting a probe in the pasenger side manifold as well so i can compare the temps on each bank. the back up camera would come in handy also but again the price is a little high.

other option is to just get my pcm live tuned with a one size fits all tune and get the scan guage for 300$

You know you don't have to use the edge back up camera with the CTS, any available camera that uses a RCA jack will plug into the CTS that way you can have a back up camera on the cheap

Default An option for a camera for your CTS

I ordered one of these last night. Amazon.com: Boyo VTL422C Zinc Metal Bar Type License Plate (Black): Electronics

It looks and sounds to be a great deal. I believe I will wire it to the 12V power on when the truck is running at the trailer connector. I understand that the CTS will give you an option at any time to view the camera this way, and will automatically switch when backing up.

Enjoy, I can't wait to get mine and try it out.

Yes, you can select the back-up function at any time. However, it doesn't automatically turn on when the truck is put in reverse.

Thanks Cody, I was going by what I found while searching the web the other night for camera options for the CTS. At $299 (as cheap as $249), I was glad to see this thread, Who is running a backup camera on their Edge CTS? - UPDATED with install pics - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

This shows some shots of the cam in action also for anyone interested.

Needless to say, I think it will be a nice addition for use of the CTS.

Enjoy all,
Mike

An update...

I got my camera installed over the weekend. It is nice, but fisheyed a little when close. Definately much easier to line up to a trailer (especially when alone, lol).

The CTS will switch over by itself when going into reverse (to the camera). There is a 1-2 second delay and poof, there it is. I am thinking that it may be part of a new firmware from updating recently.

Just a FYI and I did not mean to hijack the thread.

Enjoy all,
Mike
