Default whats the deal

so i ordered custom tunes months ago after countless emails i finally got a response from corey about my tunes. there was a problem with me not giving the hex code my bad, after i gave it a month or two i was told that it would be done in a couple weeks so after about 3 weeks of not hearing anything i emailed back i was told that the tunes were going to be done that night and all thats left is for bill to load onto fusion well its been a couple weeks since then still nothing

i was looking around and one of the posts says that there caught up on tunes back in june its now the end of july and i still have no tunes ive tried emailing and once again i get nothing

overall not very satisfied with my experience and it seems as though they do not want to refund money that they took even though a product was not given out hmmmm not cool

If you are dissatisfied, I guarantee they will refund your money, and, you will not have custom tunes. It all becomes your call at this moment. What is it that YOU want?

I have alerted Bill about your tunes being ready for Fusion. I am sure it just came down to him being busy and/or being distracted by something else at the time.

If you want a refund, Bill and Corey have ALWAYS been very cooperative about that.

at this point im pretty much sol, im leaving next week for a two week class then after that i have about a week left and i wont be able to drive the truck anymore. which means i wont be able to enjoy the tunes. so its pretty much whatever is easier for them to do. the only thing i am dissatisfied about is the lack of communication, i have heard nothing but great things about the tunes themselves, but i have also read warnings about the communication, i decided to risk that part, and i guess i cant be suprised

the reason i said anything about a refund is i had asked about it in an email but recieved no response back about that subject i did however recieve a response from the email






like i said i know part of the problem was me and i take the blame for that for not sending my hex code in in a timely manner that was also part of the communication error as i had emailed about it after searching the forum high and low but didnt fully understand it and also didnt recieve a response
