So today i just got my new edge ct from power hungry and i go to hook it up to my 2005 f350 6.0 . Come to find out whoever i bought the truck from left a program locked on the truck. So i went on edges website to download the stock tune for the truck and load it back into the truck in order to use the edge ct. After i downloaded the stock tune off fusion i went to plug it in the truck and now it reads error , writer can not read calibration size . What the Hell do i do now ? its friday afternoon and edge wont answer a phone ughhhh


all it says error- stockwriter - failed to retrieve calibration size . then says vehicle communication error disconnect the cs from the obII and plug it back in to reboot . everytime i do that it just comes up with the same message though

Possibly, Bill will see your post here and if he does, I'm sure he'll be able to help you. Otherwise, try to call him. He's had to deal with this issue before. I see you've got your name and cell number in your User Profile, so make sure the phone is turned on.
