Default 2010 gryphon transmission tunes?

I know PHP was unable to get tranny tunes for the 2010 f150s a few months ago. Are you now able to tune the tranny?

I had a gryphon in my 06 f150 and loved it, so now i want this tranny to respond like it should.

I loved my gryphon but the CS does look purdy. Can i get a plain Gryphon for my 2010 f150 with 4.6 3 valve 6 speed? Or do i need the CS?

Can the traction control be removed with the push of the button and not just untill 35 mph? or can it be removed at all with a tune?

And to answer another of your questions - you'll need the "purdy" model. The old monochrome Evolutions/Gryphons will not work on a 2010 truck. But heck, you have a new truck - it needs a prettier programmer, right?

I just bought some tires for my truck and now i feel the need for more power to counteract the bigger tires and to re calibrate the speedo. I'm on the verge of buying now... couple of questions first...

The plain gryphon was able to be setup so that if i went over a user set speed it would beep and flash at me... that kept me from getting many tickets... does the CS do this?

I also need to be able to disable the traction control... it is driving me nuts!!! can i get a custom tune that disables it for good when on that specific tune? i can't stand the fact that my 35,000 truck sounds like its falling apart when i get on wet grass and the tires spin... does more harm then good in the snow too... JMHO...

are the canned tunes safe to use, i read a few threads on here about pinging and stuff that makes me leery on running them before i get my custom ones in...

My CTS does. Pretty sure the CS does too.

Can't help you with the TCS question. The factory set-up works fine for me.

I've had no pinging or other issues with my 09, 5.4L, 3V.

And, Shorse - you CAN set a speed warning alert on the CS/CTS programmer. I have mine set at 85, since the Interstate speed limits here are 75. It always makes me "jump" when it goes off.

Like shotgun, I have no knowledge of the ability to alter traction control.

i'm really surprised that this is not a more common question. I know when i was looking at other programers that one had TCS disable as a perk to it. If they can do it i'm sure Bill can, but i want to make sure before i fork up the cash and get disappointed.
