I was just inquiring if my custom tunes for firmware 3.0 were completed yet. its been about a month and havent heard anything via email or reply in the 3.0 request thread i send a while ago.

Yea I posted my request there a little over a month ago. I'm in no hurry just want to know a status on it whether there are some problems, almost complete, or finished and I just never was notified

i have been waiting since July. very frustrating!!!! reponses were good for a while but i havent gotten a reply (email, text, phone) in a couple of weeks.

Just received my tunes that I ordered in July, yesterday. I had updated in Aug. when the v3.0 updated came out. So I posted in the v3.0 Update section of the forum with my information as requested by PHP. I had read there was a problem getting custom tunes to work with it. Then when the October newsletter from Edge talked about the New v3.0 I had posted a question on FB to Bill about it. Didn't receive a reply that I knew of. Posted on Edges FB page and received a reply that it was just a re-release of the information to let everyone know about it again. Then last Wednesday I had posted on FB trying to get an updated. Here is a C & P from that posting:

Power Hungry Performance Roy, this is Bill. I had e-mailed you 10/09 in regards to the comment you left on 10/08 concerning the "New v3.0" update that Edge released. This is, in fact, an updated update to the previous update... if you catch my drift. The only thing currently holding me up from placing the tunes in Fusion is waiting for you to update to the latest version. As soon as that is complete, we're ready to go.

Don't know everyone's situation, but there may be a possibility you didn't receive an email and Bill is waiting to hear from you again. I'm sure he is working as hard as possible. It's very hard to be patient, I understand that, but don't give up. Sometimes you have to try several means of contacting them at the same time and you get lucky and they reply to one of them.

I have only run the DD tune so far, but I'm very impressed with the way my truck runs right now. Having to get use to how responsive it is now. Not sure if it's me or in the tune, but I may have a slight surge during acceleration after shifting. My right foot needs some retraining time to be sure.

Thanks again Bill. Well worth the wait even if have to have some minor adjustments made.
