My Gryphon arrived yesterday. Fusion installed on the computer, updates done, unit installed in truck, gauges check out (REALLY like them!), tried to download a canned tune... got the "there has been a competitive product" line on the screen.
I followed the instructions, went back in the house to reconnect the unit, it did its thing and I went back to the truck. Reconnected and launched it, got the same error message.
The truck is an 05 F350
PSD which I bought used. No idea what may or may not have been run on it prior.
I am really excited to give this thing a shot. Unfortunately Edge tech support is offline through Mon morning. Is there anything I can do in the interim to resolve the issue?
