Just recieved my EDGE CS yesterday, now waiting on my custom tunes from Bill. My question is, do they program the TCM or just the ECM? My truck is not shifting at WOT from 3-4 unless I let off the gas a little. Does this have something to do with the TCM not being updated? Will this get fixed with the custom tunes, or is it something I should contact Edge about?

Depending on which version of the CS/CTS software you are using it is just the ECM. But at the moment Bill is waiting for word on the issue from Edge because it seems they have had some setbacks.

Do you know if Edge has updated the tranny shifting issue or if the custom tunes from Bill will take care of it? From what I have read (somewhere on the forum) there has been an update from Edge on the shifting issue, but can't find anything definate on it.

I cannot say for sure on this because I'm reading info from the others who actually have the devices. The version 3.0 update gave tuning control over the tranny for 2009+ F150s so Bill has been offering adjustments to those who want it. Unfortunately the latest series of updates have been conflicting with both custom and canned tunes (plenty of threads now discussing it). I'm guessing Edge is looking for/fixing trends to the issues that have been popping up and when they have things figured out they'll give Bill a holler who will inform the rest of us. Definite answers can be rather difficult when you consider how many links are in the chain.
