Brand new CS

I just installed the Fusion software, and all the necessary stuff. (at least I think I did). I plugged the CS into my truck and followed the screen and got the ECM number, my invoice number along with serial number and sent them in to PHP. Now I wait for my custom tunes. Is there anything else I am missing or should or should have NOT done? I'm new to all this and trying to get everything done.
