Default BEAR WITH ME PLEASE!

I have a 2004 F-150 Lariat 5.4 with K&N CAI and Flowmasters...No other mods. I was looking into a tuner to grab an extra MPG and to just make everything run a little more efficient. I only have 67k on it and just did tranny service, plugs, front/rear diff, and transfer case service. So I figured perfect time to get the tuner.

So, would some of you guys help me determine if the tuner is good for me?? I dont really tow much...when I do it's really 2lb and less (small fishing boat, small camper, ATV's).

I was thinking of the CS model.

Thanks....I did call for weeks but between the company's vacation, surgical proecdure, and probably just plain busy, I havent been able to get a person. E-maile the 21st of Nov but havent heard anything yet.

Thank for all your input. I appreciate it.

That tuner will work great for you. If you wanted a larger screen/touchscreen I would recommend the CTS, it is going to be close to the same thing as the CS, just larger and it has a touch screen. Also it can have a backup camera hooked up, so that is another thing that you might be interested in... so you have options, it all just depends on how much you are willing to spend.

If you plan on keeping the intake then you do need a custom tune. If you switch back to the stock intake you won't require them. To get the same gains as the CAI look into the gotts/DWV mods. As Ticopowell mentioned, if you want to expand with a backup camera the CTS is what you want. If not, then the CS will definitely get the job done and look good.

I am keeping the CAI...and no thoughts of a back-up camera so CS is likely the model I will go with.

I'm totally new to this so forgive my questions...

Am I correct to fele that I should simply tell the sales staff what I have for mods, what I plan on towing, and let em load the tuner up??
