I ordered a Gryphon CS with 3 custom tunes on Dec. 19, so I don't have it yet. I was just wondering what exactly I have to do to get the custom tunes onto the CS so I can use them. I know I have to do something with the HEX code on my truck, but I don't really understand exactly what to do for the custom tunes. Any help appreciated

Follow the instructions in the sticky and make sure EVERYTHING in your user profile is COMPLETE.....

After you wait for them to be done you'll get an email telling you that they're done.....you'll use fusion via your pc at this point to upload them onto the programmer....

Alright so I put a new thread in the "tell us your HEX code" section with my email address, invoice number, CS serial number, and truck HEX code. I have already paid for 3 custom tunes. Is there anything else I need to do?

I'm in the same boat as you bro! Everyone has good things to say about PHP so I figure its worth the wait/confussion. Seems like a roundabout way but I'm sure it works for them and there's a reason they do it this way.

I ordered the custom tunes on December 19. I still don't have them so I hope it's worth the wait

I ordered mine Dec 17th, didnt get processed till Dec 20th. Now its Feb 3rd and still hasnt come and I have no idea if it comming anytime soon (zero info, no order tracking number, etc.) I have tried to call PHP serval times with no luck though I see that they have been having phone issues. I was really hoping to have the programer by now so that I could supply the HEX code and be well on its way to getting the custom tunes so that I could have it for F150 towing the 9k trailer over 1000 miles on Feb 18th.

I got my programmer in less than a week. I just got my custom tunes 2 days ago. Email PHP about it. They answered my emails pretty quick. I had no luck with calling either
