Gryphon CS questions

I'm looking at getting a Gryphon CS to my 06 F-150 its stock besides some aftermarket rims. I use it mainly for daily driving and i guess my main purpose would be to see if i could get some better fuel milage out of it using some tunes. The ones i'm looking at using right now are the Tranny Only, 87 Performance, and 87 Tow. One question i have is what exactly does Tranny only do for you?
