Default CS canned tunes causing shifting problems

I got a CS a few days ago, and I don't have custom tunes yet. I updated it before I put it on the truck like I was supposed to. When I use the canned tow tune or transmission only tune my truck gets stuck between 1st and 2nd gear for a few seconds then shifts up to 2nd. It only does this when I really step on it. If I just drive normally, it shifts how it should and I can notice an improvement over stock

Contact Edge. They're responsible for the canned tuning.

Whenever I'm in first and floor it, it stalls before shifting to second. But when I'm driving at higher speeds and floor it, my CS says it downshifts from 4th to 2nd, but all it does is sputter and shake like it's going to choke off and it won't accelerate. Driving normally it does fine as long as I don't step on the gas

Hmmm, sounds like Edge has some programming boo boos again. Let Edge know what happens and under what conditions and hope it is too simple to complicate.

Let us know what they say. I'd like to get it taken care of.

X2, it helps us keep tabs on progress when people let us know as soon as it gets fixed.

This sounds like the same problem I've been having for 3 months with my custom tunes on my Evo CS. I didn't have any problems with the edge canned tunes. My problems only showed up after I got the custom tunes. I'm fairly confident that the PHP custom tunes aren't the problem, or else that would be a common issue you hear about. I think it probably has more to do with the Evo's newest update, but regardless, I am sick of waiting to get my problem resolved. Hopefully something happens soon.
