So I got a used CTS programmer the person put the truck back to stock before I got it.

What do I do now what software do I have to download?

I fully intend upon getting custom tunes for my truck ASAP

You order them and Bill will upload them to edges fusion and then you use your computer to upload them to the programmer

I think it was an 09 - 12 it was from .... they got a new truck with a 5.0 engine and said there was no tunes available for it yet

It will be going into my 2007 5.4 with gotts mod, roush off road cat back si/do, and 34" tires

I thought that there was a specific hex code per vehicle or is that just when Bill writes the custom tunes .... the canned tunes don't matter?

If the CTS has the canned tunes on it right now....it can be used with your truck right now......but if there are custom tunes on it Bill might have to get involved to clear them and get the canned ones back on the CTS....

Okay one last question

Say I get the custom tunes now on my truck

Later on I want to do e-fans

Would that change my tunes so drastically that I would need new ones written or would it not effect my tunes?
