[2005lariat5.4]

So heres the situation...

First off the truck is a 2005 F150 5.4L and the Edge was on level 2.

This afternoon I got to my truck and my Edge CS bought from PHP about 2 months ago wouldn't turn on. It would beep twice when I started the truck and then beep twice again at random times.(unit wasn't overheating, it was 10 degrees out today) I couldn't get the unit to turn on so called edge and they had me plug it into fusion and it ran into some mode (forget what it was called already). When that was finished the screen was just black, the buttons would light up but nothing on the screen. It said an update was available so I updated it and it worked fine. When I plugged it back into my truck I wasn't able to program the truck because it said another program was still on it, because I wasn't able to return the truck to stock first because the unit wouldn't turn on.

So where do I go from here to get my truck back to the way it was? I will call Edge again tomorrow afternoon but until then hoping I can get some help on here.
