Default PHP never answers the phone for me and I have questions

I got a CS just before Christmas and I ordered 3 custom tunes with it. I've put the HEX code, serial number, etc in the forum section it's supposed to go in. The canned tunes on the CS are messed up. They make my trucks RPMs drop and make the engine sputter if I floor it. They work fine driving normally. I was just going to wait on the custom tunes and not worry about trying to get the canned tunes corrected since I won't be using them anyway, but I don't know when the custom tunes will get here. I've tried calling PHP's office a dozen times and I always get the recoding saying that the phone hours have changed, and I'm always calling in the phone hours. I just need to find out when I'll be getting my custom tunes and how exactly to get them onto my CS

If you read the order form page, it states that custom tunes for the gasoline trucks take 4-6 weeks.

There is NOTHING that we at PHP can do for the "canned" programming on the Evolution product because it is Edge's tuning.

You will use the FUSION software that came with your programmer to download the custom tunes WHEN YOU ARE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL stating that they are ready for download.

Sounds good. My battery died last night so I have to talk to edge to get my programmer reset and working again so I'll ask them about the canned tune problem too

X2, the battery going dead shouldn't reset the programmer or influence the current tune in any way.

The programmer wouldn't turn on after the battery died. They sent me some update on Fusion and it kind of fixed it. Now the only problem is if I floor it in first gear, it won't shift into second unless I let off the gas a little

Check your rev limiter and set it above the 1st gear shift. There is a chance that your rev limiter is below the shift rev point.

That doesn't seem good but if you downloaded from Edge you need to let them know they have an issue with their tunes.

I'll call again tomorrow. They've sent me 2 fixes and it's almost right now. The only problem now is shifting from 1 to 2 with high RPMs
