Default Stage I Injectors and Gryphon CTS

Hi, I'm planning to order some Stage 1 160cc injectors and a Gryphon CTS for my 01 Powerstroke from PHP soon. I'm currently overhauling the motor and it will have forged rods, H. D. pushrods, ARP head studs, and Comp 910 springs. The truck already has a built auto trans., K&N intake, and a 6.0L intercooler. My question is: as I understand it, I will need different programing to run these injectors. Will "custom tunes" that I order with the Gryphon CTS handle the switch to Stage 1 injectors or do I need to change something else too? Or, is there a better option to handle the injectors and my other mods? Thanks!

The Gryphon will handle the change just fine, just make sure you have the tunes in before you run the truck with the stage 1's... Just my thoughts on the last part. Any tune that Bill does, he can do on any platform (Gryphons, Phoenix, and SCT I think) so you should be just fine with either choice.
