FUSION
We have been getting several e-mails from customers lately complaining that their custom tunes have not been uploaded to Fusion. What we have discovered in 99% of the cases is that the custom tunes HAD been uploaded to Fusion, but when the customer plugged into Fusion to get them, Edge also had an update available which immediately wiped out the custom tuning! Please be aware that Bill has spoken with Edge about this matter several times, and they are working on correcting the problem.
In the meantime, please refrain from sending nasty e-mails to us. I've had more than one customer accuse us of taking their money without providing their tunes, when in fact, their tunes were loaded onto Fusion for them within the estimated time frame. Unfortunately, upon updating, they had been erased without the customer's or our knowledge. We will update you if we have any new information.
