Display issue
I was driving and noticed my display was blank but the buttons were lit up a redish/orange color. I tried unplugging the unit and plugging it back in but nothing changed. I left it unplugged for about 5 miles and plugged it back in and it finally started working again. This has happened 3 times so far. Is this a cable issue or something else?

I think this is something else. What year is your truck? Also if you reach behind the OBD port can you wiggle the wires to feel if they are loose? Also, what kind of condition is your battery/charging system in?
