WOW...wish I could get the same kind of service. After over a month...several e-mails and three phone calls my problem has not been fixed.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post!

And Kirt, I'm glad Bill was able to take care of you today.

Our son arrived home safely from Iraq; many others won't. You don't have to support the war to support our soldiers.

I'm not sure where you're located but are you calling during hours according to your time zone or theirs? They will probably be at least an hour off from you.

You could also start a thread in the appropriate forum and we can probably answer questions faster. Then you'll also have a text form for reference while you fill out an order form.

first off yes i am aware they are in the eastern time zone and i am in the central. IT is 1 hour difference right right . Now that we have established that, I always call within their hours and not 1 time has someone picked up the phone. I have tried for the past 2-3 weeks. seems like someone would pick up the phone once. OH well ill keep trying i guess but ya seems you'd pick up the phone sooner or later.

The phones are probably slow right now with Corey having medical issues and Bill and Cody working. Not having someone to answer will not keep the extra phone from ringing.

Again, if the phone doesn't work you can also ask any questions here on the forum. There are many knowledgeable members that can help.

There are at least two people answering phones every day from 10-3. If you get the message, that means we're on the phone helping other customers! If it rings and rings, that means all three lines are being used! We're very, very busy.

I was actually in the office from about noon until 5PM on Friday and the phones were pretty slow, so I can't imagine why you're not getting through if you're calling so often. I can only ask that you keep trying.

Something else you may want to try is online chat, which is usually available during our phone hours.

Thanks for hanging in there with us!
