Tuning a 4.6 computer for a 5.4?
So I've been doing a lot of looking and I'm unsure what I can do. I have a 97 expedition with a 99 5.4 that someone put in. It has the 4r70w trans still and the 4.6 coil packs. It runs pretty good but I get random codes and it has a miss off and on. I want to get a 5.4 harness with cop. Can I tune the 4.6 computer or do I need to snag a 99+ 5.4 4r70w computer and have the pats turned off??
