I just purchased the Gryphon with custom tunes and I was told I have to give PHP my HEX code. I can not figure out where or how to give PHP my HEX code. Any help would be great!

Here you go: http://forum.gopowerhungry.com/give-...-ecm-tcm-code/ Please READ the instructions near the top of this forum. It tells you how to find the hex or calibration code depending on the model programmer you have and, what information to put in the thread you start there.

Edit: Looks like I have to be faster! 88 beat me to it.

Thank you both, it looks like I have to receive the programmer first to obtain the serial number.
