Ship Time/HEX Code/Computer Program
How long does it take to start the shipping on a Gryphon? I have received a UPS shipping number but they still haven't received the package from PHP. Is there any way to submit my HEX code without having the serial number of the programmer for custom tunes? Also to be ready which program do I have to install on my computer to download the custom tunes onto the Gryphon, it is not the CS or CTS?

Remember, UPS does not function at all on holidays, and I'm pretty sure they're dead to the world on Saturdays and Sundays too?
Ernst, if you're getting the "monochrome" Gryphon, not the CS/CTS, you will use Pegasus to install custom tunes. You can download and install it on your computer from here: http://www.gopowerhungry.com/pegasus...v2_02_0994.exe You should have it installed and running BEFORE you plug your Gryphon into the PC for the first time, so that the drivers install properly. - Jack

They will send you an email, but don't be surprised if it takes a few weeks, especially since they are not in the office next week.
