open up your pegasus software on your computer, on top there are menu options, find the one that says update pegasus. update it, then once it is completed, you need to restart pegasus if it hasn't already, then once it is up and running, plug in your gryphon to the computer. it should recognize it in pegasus, you might have to install a few drivers(this should happen automatically, if anything pops up, just select to have widows find the drivers). Once the everything is loaded, go to the top menu bar again and find where it says to update the gryphon. choose to update firmware, then update calibrations. This will remove your custom tunes, and also update the canned tunes to the ones that are currently working the best for most trucks. I hope this helps!
