Just thought I would ask and see how other people here on the forum are setting up their Gryphon/CS/CTS. Are you using 1,2,3,or 4 PIDs and what are they?

I have the CTS, and I use the analog display with 5 PIDs. I tow, so I monitor TFT, CHT, Batt Voltage, Gear/Torque Converter, and Inst MPG.

Thanks JackandJanet. I guess this post is either boring or top secret to most people. Oh well. I was just curious. By the way I just received my tunes so I'm still playing around but as of today I'm watching RPM, Speed, Instant Econ and Avg Econ. I'm so fascinated by it sometimes i almost forget about the road.

Probably should've done that to begin with, its just that I usually only search important/technical issues. I know, go ahead and say it, Lazya$$.

, but it IS kind of a "personal preference".I use my dash speedo, and my truck has a tach, so I don't need those things. The dashboard coolant temperature gauge and the dash alternator voltage gauge are both next to worthless, so I monitor CHT and Voltage on the CTS. (The coolant temperature, ECT, is actually "inferred" from the CHT, so I just look at the CHT.) Then, due to towing, I'm interested in the TFT and the gear/torque converter "activity". Finally, Inst MPG was the only other thing I thought I might find interesting. - Jack |
