As of 3/17, we made the decision to eliminate the support ticket system that seemed so promising six months ago due to some inherent flaws. If you have filled out a support ticket, please know that they're not gone (unless it was never registered -- which was one of the problems). Bill has saved them and will still be working on them as time allows. Another issue is that when he addressed them, the system e-mailed the customer to notify them of Bill's comments; however, most customers did not understand that they needed to go back into the service ticket to read Bill's comments. In addition, some customers were using service tickets for things that had nothing to do with service issues... we won't go there...

Cody will be on the road next week making his way east again. He'll be back in the office on Monday, the 28th, and the three of us will discuss the most efficient way to handle customer support issues. We have a few ideas already in the mix.
