Default Fuel leaking into coolant UGH!

Well my 4700 now has fuel leaking or squirting into the cooling system to fill with diesel and overflow...
I did put new head gaskets on it.. what is weird is there is no coolant getting into the oil or the exhaust.. it quirts out the overflow pretty rapidly too esp when you get on the throttle... Is there anywhere that coolant flows near the High Pressure Fuel side of the system Other than at the Head gaskets... I am stumped as to where its leaking as it doesnt seem to be getting into the cylinders or the oil... Cracked head???? cavitation somewhere???

I am open to ideas.... I hate being stumped... don't have the time or nice weather right now to work on it... I am probably gonna sell it "cheap" as I just bought a Crewcab 93 Isuzu FSR Cab and Chassis Cheap at auction.

Nah, not on a 7.3L DI (T444E).

An injector cup separates the injector from the cooling system. They are prone to cracking and if they crack in the area of pressurized fuel, you'll get fuel in the coolant.

are we talking about those little metal (copper i think) sleeves the injectors sit in ? Come to think of it 1 did come out when I pulled the heads and injectors to do the head gaskets.. I just pushed it back in.... I bet that's where its leaking???
Thanks for getting me on the right track, I found this thread and its gotta be the problem... http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/58...-r-r-info.html

If the cup came out with the injector and you just pushed it back in, yes, that's probably it. There isn't a gasket, but there is a sealant that needs to be put around the mating surfaces to prevent leaks.

There's a video of it somewhere....hold on and I'll find it.

OK I got the injector sleeve changed out today and flushed the cooling system. drained the block too... ALL Fixed...
Then I am getting it ready to go down to be sold at the local auction... I like the Cabover better and it is a smoother ride as its only a 22500 lb gvw not a 26000gvw. it also has a different spring setup in the rear with more springs in the overload pack so empty it rides smoother....
I left the military bed on the 4700 but removed the dump assembly and PTO which will go on the FSR... PTO is already swapped and installed... gotta move a bunch of the air brake stuff and relocate the fuel tank so I can shorten the axle wheelbase... aiming for an 8 to 12 foot bed length... (at 10 ft. it will be the same overall length as the Excursion)
