Default Base Idle Question

My base idle is set at 700 and it still wants to idle at 760-775ish.

TPS is .5v @ low idle and 3.75v @ WOT. EOT is at 120ish F.

What can affect low idle speed?

Does this on my tow program from Bill and on the programs I've altered. Install my chip from Tony and idle is normal.

Don't overlook your idle speed adders and multipliers.

I looked at adders and multipliers and nothing looked odd.

The only thing that comes to mind is that pulse width @ MFD that the PCM is calling for at idle is a little too long....I have a split shot PCM code that's been altered for singles.
