I currently am using Minotaur V2 and have downloaded and installed V3. How do I register this new version?

If you want to go through with this, you'll have to go to the Support > downloads section of the website. Bill will have to get you set up with a new registration under your name (which means you'll have to contact HIM) to get the software up and running again.
