Is this a global setting. Meaning that if I put -5.00 will it delay injections by 5 degree's the whole way over the board? Or am i just having a retard moment?

If you talking about the Parameter DIT Offset, the yes... it is a global change. If you're talking about the Map, it's not that clear cut.

Let me know which you are referring to.
