Just joined the PHP forum. I have looked alot and just got tired of not being able to find some of the great info you guys have here without looking at everything.
I haven't bit the bullet yet and bought a programer, but everything that I look at brings me right back here. I am interested in fuel economy as well as torque/power when I tow my camper. We had a motor home, older model, and my wife and I both liked my brothers 5th wheel. Only problem is I just retired after 35+ years in the Automotive industry and I just got my 2004 F150 paid off before I retired and don't want another big truck payment. We found a 5th wheel that was within towing limits of our truck, 5800 lbs dry, so we bought it after selling the motor home. We have made several trips from East Tennessee pulling our camper and the only real worries I have is the transmission. I can make engine power (windmill) if it gets down to it and have already upgraded the brakes as well as changed the rear gear from 3.55 to 3.73 which helped. Now I am working on getting a Troyer valve body. Once I get that sorted out I will work toward filling out an order form and/or give you guys a call. Glad to be part of this great group of people.
One more thing, when I order I'll be the one that has an address on Easy Street.
