Question pegasus tune update

I know that my tune is still WAY back on the waiting list but I cant figure out how to check what number Bill is on. When I plug my gryphon in everything goes normal, the only thing that doesn't seem to work is the current update status. To check it I open up Pegasus and plug in my programmer, go to updates>current update status
Every time I try to check it tells me this:

"Attached device Serial Number 1997 was located.

No PCM information was located.
This update was applied on 07/27/2009

Current working invoice number is: 0000.
Update information was last updated on: 00/00/0000."

Is this the correct way or am I not going to the right place?

No, you're fine. Bill changed the update information to zeros because too many people were getting upset that he didn't revise the information EVERY day!

No matter what you do, it seems you just can't make everyone happy.

Whew, ok thats fine with me as long as Im not the only one. I thought that it was me any my computer fighting again, it has already upset my gryphon one time and I had to get Bill to get involved (less than an hour after opening the box).

I tried telling my computer that its either my way or the highway and I dont think it understands that the highway option is meeting the highway going 70. But its a new computer so I'll cut it some slack. lol

Maybe you just need to slap it around a bit and show it who's boss.

believe it or not, at one of my old jobs(Tractor Supply Co.), whenever one of the registers would act up, all I had to do was pick up a hammer and like magic it would work. So I started keeping one within 10 feet of the register and when someone would have trouble, I'd pick up that hammer and the TA DA! it worked. LOL

And what's the old saying? "If it doesn't work, get a bigger hammer?"
