For those who have had problems with software installations and/or driver issues, we are able to provide online Remote Desktop Support (RDS) in order to help quickly resolve any software problems.

In order to use this service, you will need to contact the Power Hungry staff so that we can be available to initiate a support session. Once the session is arranged, click the following link:

This will download the RDS client. You may either chose to run the client directly from the server, or you may save it to your desktop or other location on your computer and run it from there.

Once the session is initiated, we will be able to access your computer as if we were sitting directly at your keyboard. You will be able to see everything we are doing at all times and you will still have full control over the mouse and keyboard and can override our input. If, at any time, you are concerned about our actions while a session is connected, you can immediately cancel the session.

We absolutely respect everyone's right to privacy and we can assure you that we will not exploit this service or in any way violate the trust of our customers. We also understand that some persons may have objections to allowing us direct access to their computer. However, please be aware that if you do have an objection to a RDS session, then we may not be able to completely identify and resolve a particular issue.

I really need to set up an appointment for RDS help. I ordered my custom program in November, 2009. I haven't been able to get it to dowload to my Gryphon. I am in WA. state so there is a difference in our time zones. My office number is 509 524-7744. My cell number is 509 200-9536.
