Default Uploading custom tune

I've been waiting patiently for 2 months for my tune to be done and still have not received an email saying that it was done. Corey told me on 5/26 that my file was on Bill's desk and that it should be anytime. Is it possible that my tune is done and I didn't get an email? With that being said, can I find out if my tune is done by using Pegasus? Also, the version of Pegasus that I have now does not have the "targeted functions" option which is used to upload custom tunes. How would I even upload my tune without that option? "Custom file download" maybe? Thanks in advance.

Custom file download is the new name for Target function.
So if want go ahead and try this but make sure the truck is put back to stock.
Emails do get lost.

When I try the custom file download, I keep getting the message "unable to locate a valid target instruction file". Does that mean the server is down or being updated? Since I just got the email at 2pm, should I wait a day or so to make sure everything is updated and ready to be downloaded to my Gryphon?

Bill called me this afternoon and helped me out. I was surprised he actually had time to call me. Anyways, he accidentally mixed up my serial number with my invoice number, therefor my tune wasn't available until he fixed it over the phone. Got my tune loaded up and everything is all good now. Thanks Bill and everyone that helped me out. BTW, the 87 perf tune is awesome! Time to order an 87 tow and 93 perf. Too bad I only got to try out the tune for 20 minutes before I had to put it back to stock for my aunt to take my truck from Ohio to Michigan for the weekend.

Hey Longshoot, I just got my custom tunes and I am having the same problem. Could you help me out the same way.

Sorry, didn't see your earlier post from the 17th. That is why we reccommend everyone start their own thread. I'll ask Bill if there was another mix up.
