All you need to do is to update the firmware and calibrations. Once that is done you should have the custom tunes back on.

I understand that, If you go do that in pegasus it will upload new canned tunes, you could take further action to put your custom ones back on, but updating the gryphon in pegasus will remove the custom tunes.

it might be more clear to explain it this way, when you update the firmware of your gryphon, it deletes everything that was on it, including your custom tunes, and replaces it with the canned, straight from the box, setup.

traded in the FX2 for a Tacoma X-Runner. Yeah the FX2 was nice, but with only me and my dog, most of the truck was a waste of space. The truck never was as sporty as I thought it should be. Just never got it to not be a slug. The X-runner, despite having two less cylinders (its a V6), has only 70 less hp but weighs a lot less. It gets much better gas mileage, is a lot faster, lowered my insurance, and will have a higher resell value in the years to come. Do I miss my FX2? Hell yeah, but not for long. With the money I am saving at the gas pump, the X-Runner will soon be a beast and I will forget the FX2, or at least stop crying over it.
