New Chip with problems
I have a 2002 F-250 diesel with a new Phoenix chip. I plugged it in today and it seems to work great, but when it is installed, the Tachometer and Transmission Temp guage quit working and I have a CEL and Check Guage lamp light up and the coils for the glow plugs light stays lit. Any suggestions? I drove it for about 15 min and switched through the tunes and they all do it (Except Anti-Theft, it kills the truck )

Sounds to me like you have a chip for the wrong PCM code (99.5-01).
I will try to get into contact with Bill for you.

Bill spoke with Dan this evening about the problem. Bill's first impression was a wrong PCM code, too, but Dan verified that we had the right one.
 He's going to drive the truck a bit tomorrow to test out the tunes to see if any adjustments need to be made to the calibrations; then he's going to send the chip back to us so Bill can figure out what the heck is going on and fix it.
