Default Chip Issue

Problem is, sometimes when I leave home to goto work, I get out on the road and push the pedal to acclerate and the truck just wont go, the RPM just stays at one spot, I pushed the pedal all the way to the floor nothing, pumped the pedal nothing. So i just coasted and kept my foot on the pedal and all of sudden the truck took off. It was cold that morning I was thinking well maybe its a safety thing in the chip because the motor was cold.
But then yesterday, I was hot-dogging the truck, Stopped, burned out, stahled the truck up, launched it, ran it up to lets say 80mph, let off the pedal, coasted, slowed down, made a right turn, and got back on the pedal, and nothing truck was just idling, i pushed the pedal nothing, pumped the pedal nothing, floored it nothing, so i was just moving off of idle, truck wouldnt go, so after about 30secs i pushed the pedal and nothing, i held the pedal about half throttle ,, all of sudden truck took off.
ANY IDEAS AT ALL.
Im going to check the chip to make sure its still secure, but I dont think its loose.
I was using the 80HP daily driver setting when this happend.
Truck is 2000 F250 4x4

Other than the above havent had any problems, tranny doesnt shift as hard as it use too. Although when the tranny is cold it shifts firm, warms up and not so much, that is when I drive like a normal person, but when i accelerate a we bit harder, the tranny shifts firmer,

Not sure about codes, The check engine light hasnt come on at all.
Will the idle switch throw an engine code.
Gues im going to have to get a scanner and check to see if any have been thrown.

Thanks,

Does this only happen after you make a turn? Or when ever?
