Default Performance vs. Race for M/T

For my "Play" program Im looking at either 100hp performance or the 120hp Race. Besides the obvious 20hp, what is the main difference for a manual tranny?

Fueling rates. You'll notice slightly more smoke on the bottom end. As for all-out power, there won't be much difference on your stock engine.
