Default updating tunes

Hey, I am looking to do a few upgrades when I get back from deployment, and I was wondering if I will need to send my chip back to you for updates. I am looking to do 38r, regulated return, ebpv delete. With the 38r running a max of 40 psi boost should I buy a "boost fooler" or can you write a tune so it doesn't trip a code? Also, with these mods, am I still in the slightly modded category, or will I need all new tunes? Thanks!!

The tunes you have will work with the upgrades you are planning.

No boost fooler is necessary. Oh, and you won't see 40 PSI with that turbocharger and stock injectors. That value is simply a maximum recommended number, not something that is actually attainable without injector modifications.
