Default what tunes?

I have a 1999 7.3 2wd with an S&B intake, gauges (egt, boost, tranny), and no cat, muffler delete with 4in pipe. i would like to set up my tunes like this:
1. stock
2. lope
3. smoke show
4. 65dd
5. 80 performance
6. 100 race
i dont have to pull anything i just want better fuel mileage and some get up and go without destroying the transmission. would the tunes i picked out be suitable for me or should i choose different ones? Any suggestions and feed back would be greatly appreciated thanks.

sounds good, but honestly why not get the FU that way its easier to upgrade in the future.. if you chose to. It made sense to me so i went for it.

I like the idea of the Fu a lot but the computer I have is prolly on it's last leg and I don't want to risk it messing up while I'm re burning the chip. Plus I don't think I'd switch tunes enough to get it and if I ever do decide to switch I can be patient and send it in lol
