Default Phoenix chip format ?

Can any tuner write tunes to the Phoenix chip, or are they formatted only for PHP ?

If the chip came from PHP, then the burner used to write programs will have to be from them as well.

But any chip can be re-formatted to match your specific burner(from a different vendor).

Thanks for the quick reply. The chip came from PHP. So if I send my PHP chip to a different tuner they can re-format it on their burner, and put their tunes on it.

Thanks again!
