Default Help!!!!

i have the pheonix burner and chip and have reburnt my chip 4 times with no problems. then today i went to update tunes and it says my software is out of date, so i went on and downloaded the new pheonix software. but now after i select tunes and the pop up says place in position 1, i press ok, and an error comes up that says the chip is not formated. it says check in utilities and see if the multi chip authorization s FC but mine is FF.

Look into the burner (where the chip plugs in) and see if the small white power relay has been knocked off of the board.....common problem with "sprightly" chip installation into the burner.
